The Retreat and The Hideway, 3837 and 3839 S. Atlantic Ave., Daytona Beach Shores, sold for $750,000 and $800,000. N-J Businessman Andy Clark, owner of Clark Properties, recently sold the Seaside Luxury Resort to a Virginia couple who plan to convert it back to residential space.
